Carmelized Green Beans...

I found this recipe on HowDoesShe.com. Check out the site it is tons of fun. :)

1lb. Fresh Green Beans
1-2 T Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
Pine Nuts or Almonds

Cut stem ends off of fresh green beans. Rinse and add to pan. Drizzle with Olive oil, salt and pepper. Cook on Medium heat, stirring often until caramelized with brown spots
(appx 25-30 min.) Add pine nuts or almonds. Serve warm.
